Will my Gondola booking appear in my hotel app?
Yes. You'll receive confirmation emails from both Gondola and the hotel. Your reservation will appear in your hotel’s app and on your Trips page.
When will I receive my confirmation number?
Most reservations are confirmed instantly by the hotel. Some reservations take a few moments to process, depending on the hotel and the rate. If you haven't received your confirmation number within 24 hours of making your reservation, please reach out to concierge@gondola.ai, or respond directly to your booking confirmation email and our team will be happy to help!
How do I modify my reservation (like change dates or room type)?
Unfortunately there isn't a great way to do this right now. For refundable reservations, there are two options:
Cancel your existing reservation, and make a new reservation with your updated dates/room type.
Call the hotel directly, and have the front desk modify your existing reservation. This is the harder route, but can be worthwhile if you want to modify your trip and keep your existing rate.
When will I receive my Gondola Cash?
Gondola Cash will post to your account once your stay is complete. You can track your Gondola Cash Balance and your Status Tier progress here.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation directly on your confirmation page (you can get here by clicking "Manage Reservation" from your Trips page, or in your confirmation email).
You can also cancel your reservation directly with the hotel, or via the hotel's mobile app.
