How does Room Rate Monitor work?

When a refundable hotel booking appears in your Trips, Gondola continuously checks for lower rates. If we find one for your same room and rate type, we’ll alert you to rebook and save. If you’ve enabled Auto Save, we’ll automatically rebook your eligible stays for you, at no extra cost.

How does Auto Save save me money?

Enable Auto Save and link a card on your Trips page to let Gondola automatically reprice your stays at Marriott, Hyatt, or IHG. If we catch a price drop, Gondola updates your rate and you keep 100% of the savings. You can still use a different card at check-in to earn your preferred rewards. Travelers save an average of $413 a year using Auto Save! 

Do I have to book through Gondola to get price drop alerts?

No. Gondola can monitor any refundable hotel booking added to your Trips page. If you choose to rebook with Gondola, you’ll earn an extra 3-7% back in Gondola Cash in addition to your direct booking perks.

Will Gondola Monitor my points reservations for price drops too?

Yes. Gondola monitors both points and cash bookings, helping you get the best deal either way.

How does flight fare monitoring work?

For Gondola Silver and Gondola Gold users, Gondola tracks fare changes for eligible flights booked with Alaska, American, Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest, and United. If the price drops, we’ll let you know so you can rebook and save.
