Gondola Cash is our rewards “currency”. $1 in Gondola Cash equals $1 toward your next hotel booking.

Booking with Gondola is the easiest and fastest way to earn Gondola Cash. You earn 3-7% back in Gondola Cash for every hotel booking, based on your Gondola Status Tier.

You can also earn Gondola Cash by referring friends! Send them your custom referral link and you’ll both earn $50 after they complete their first stay. Learn more about Referrals here.

Your Gondola Cash will become available in your Rewards Dashboard after your stay is complete. Once you earn Gondola Cash, it’s yours until you use it. You can track your Gondola Cash Balance here.

To redeem, apply your Gondola Cash at checkout when booking your next hotel. You’ll need enough to cover the full price for now, but partial payments are coming soon. 

When you book a stay using Gondola Cash, your Gondola Cash covers the full room rate and taxes. Because the booking is paid with Gondola Cash, you won’t earn hotel loyalty points or elite night credits on that stay.

Any additional charges, such as resort fees or incidentals, are to be paid separately at the hotel. You’ll still be asked to provide a credit card at check-in to hold the reservation and cover any charges beyond the room rate and taxes.
