My dashboard doesn’t match my loyalty account. What should I do?

Gondola updates your balances based on your travel confirmation emails, so if you’ve earned points since your last confirmation, your dashboard might take a little time to refresh. You can update this manually, or reach out to support@gondola.ai for help.
To update this manually, click "Add additional programs" on your Points page, or click into your loyalty accounts and edit the details.
