By connecting your email, Gondola scans travel confirmation emails from verified travel providers and updates your loyalty balances, points values, and your travel history. The average traveler discovers over $3000 in unused travel points this way.
What loyalty programs does Gondola support?
Gondola supports a wide range of hotel, airline, and credit card programs. You can view the full list of supported loyalty programs here. If there is a program you’d like to see added, let us know at support@gondola.ai.
How can I manually update my points or loyalty balances?
From your dashboard, click “Add Additional Programs,” or select an existing one and click “Edit” to manually enter or adjust your loyalty details.
My dashboard doesn’t match my loyalty account. What should I do?
Gondola updates your balances based on your travel confirmation emails, so if you’ve earned points since your last confirmation, your dashboard might take a little time to refresh. You can update this manually, or reach out to support@gondola.ai for help.
