I’m missing some trips. What should I do?

If a trip isn’t showing on your Trips page, you can forward the confirmation email to Gondola. At the bottom of your Trips page, add the email address you’ll forward from, then send over your hotel or flight confirmation to Gondola. We’ll add it automatically and start tracking it for savings. You can also contact concierge@gondola.ai if you need help.
Noting that in the future, we'll also allow you to add trips manually. More to come on this soon!
